Where We Ship
We ship trade orders to addresses in the United Kingdom only. For international orders, you should arrange onward transport to your home country. We are not responsible for any import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches your destination country.
Nor are we liable for any levies imposed by any country through which the goods may pass in transit. As the importer of record, you must comply with your local laws and regulations and pay all applicable duties, taxes and fees.
Orders are normally turned around within seven working days. During busy times this can increase, so we respectfully ask you to estimate delivery being within fourteen working days from receipt of order.
Once your application is approved, you will be able to log in and see the trade prices. You will also be able to order, track your current orders, and see your previous orders.
We’ve made the process of ordering cards as seamless as possible. When you add a card to your basket, it is automatically added as six of that card. To order twelve of a card, simply click to ‘Add To Basket’ again.
All first orders are pro forma. Thereafter, orders are accepted on the basis of us receiving the full cleared payment from you within three days of your receipt of the goods. For very large orders or at our discretion we may continue to require payment before sending the order.
Payments are taken at checkout or by direct bank transfer (bank details supplied upon successful trade application). We do not take payment by cheque, cash, or any other form of payment other than as described here, and we do not operate credit terms.
About The Cards
The cards are 120mm x170mm, blank inside, and supplied with white envelopes and resealable cellophane wrappers. We have all of our cards printed in the UK by printers certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. And we print on top-quality, environmentally-friendly card stock with a satin finish and an easy-to-write-on surface inside.
Resealable Cellophane Wrappers
We endeavour to be responsible both in business and our personal lives. And so we are aware that there has been some publicity about the environmental wisdom of using cellophane wrappers. That said, we have a considerable stock of resealable cellophane wrappers so there is no logic in junking them. Also, we have tried various clasp methods with so called naked cards and found them all wanting.
We are aware of the drive to move away from plastic wrappers, and when a viable alternative arrives we will use it. But for the reason stated above, we are not changing to naked cards yet.
