Becoming A Trade Customer
To apply to become a trade customer, please complete the application form on the Trade Enquiries page. We look at all submissions quickly, and can usually get back to you within a day during normal business times. If successful, you agree to be bound by our trade terms of business.
Where We Ship
We ship trade orders to addresses in the United Kingdom only. For international orders, we can supply a list of carriers for you to arrange onward transport to your home country. We are not responsible for any import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches your destination country, nor for any levies by any country through which the goods may pass in transit.
Orders are normally turned around within seven working days. During busy times this can increase, so you should estimate delivery being within fourteen working days from receipt of order.
Once your application is approved, you will be able to log in and see the trade prices. You will also be able to order, track your current orders, and see your previous orders.
We’ve made the process of adding cards to your basket as seamless as possible. When you choose a card it is automatically added as six of that card. To order twelve of a card, simply click to ‘Add To Basket’ again.
You can add cards from the individual product pages and also from the grid of thumbnails on the category pages. To add cards from the grid, simply hover over the image and you will see the ‘Add To Basket’ appear at the top left of the image.
All first orders are on the basis of us receiving the cleared payment with order. Payment can be made by card at checkout or by direct bank transfer (bank details supplied upon successful trade application).
Subsequent orders are on the basis of us receiving the cleared payment from you within three days of you receiving the order. For large orders, we may require payment on receipt of order.
We do not take payment by cheque, cash, or any other form of payment other than as described here, and we do not operate credit terms except in exceptional circumstances.
For your security, information is passed directly to our payment processor (Stripe) and is encrypted, as you can see from the padlock in the address bar, and we do not store credit card information. We are Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant.
About The Cards
The cards are 120mm x170mm, high quality and supplied with white envelopes and resealable cellos. All cards are blank inside unless stated otherwise.
We have all the cards printed in the UK by specialist printing firms that are certified by the Forest Stewardship Council.
Our cards are printed on a card stock called Condat. It produces a high quality print and finish and importantly, the inside is designed to take a written message without smudging.
